It makes it easy to connect peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard to a wired LAN connection using a single USB cable between the monitor and computer. The Philips 326P1H is additionally equipped with a DisplayPort output, which can be used to daisy chain multiple displays.
In the description, the manufacturer notes flicker-free brightness control and limits the proportion of blue color. A sensor determines whether the user is in front of the screen. When the user is not present, the monitor brightness is automatically dimmed to save energy.
