Photos of the black PlayStation 5 controller surfaced
At the moment Sony Interactive Entertainment has unveiled the appearance of the PlayStation 5 and its gamepad. Both of them are made mainly in white. However, the gaming community would like more variety in the choice of console colors and accessories. And maybe Sony has listened to the players. Photos of a black PlayStation 5 controller have surfaced on the web.
The photos first appeared on the True-Gaming forum and were later shared on Twitter. They showcase the black DualSense controller from multiple angles and dimensions. There is a good chance that these are images of a fake gamepad or an unfinished version of the product. Be that as it may, Sony Interactive Entertainment has previously said that the black version of DualSense will not be the only one in the future.
As a reminder, the DualSense controller has several features that will prevent the PS4’s DualShock 4 from being supported in PlayStation 5 games. Among them: advanced tactile feedback, including adaptive triggers that provide a sense of resistance. The latter is most relevant in racing simulators and shooting games.
The PlayStation 5 will go on sale before the end of 2020. Sony Interactive Entertainment will air State of Play today, but it will primarily focus on the PlayStation 4.
