This is the first browser besides Microsoft Edge to officially support the Bing chatbot.
The Vivaldi browser team has announced the release of the Vivaldi 6.1 update for computers running Windows, Linux and macOS, as well as mobile devices with Android.
This version has received quite a few improvements, including new features. The developers taught Vivaldi four years ago to disguise itself as “large” browsers, thereby avoiding a number of compatibility problems with websites. In Vivaldi 6.1, however, this disguise began to be used to bypass restrictions and allow users to work with the Bing Chat chatbot.
The Vivaldi browser automatically masquerades as Microsoft Edge when you enter the Bing search engine site, which opens up the possibility of accessing the smart chat function. Thus, Vivaldi users can use Bing Chat, both in the desktop version of the browser and in the mobile version.

Another innovation is movable “Spaces”. The feature of workspaces introduced earlier for more convenient sorting of tabs has been further developed. Users now have the ability to manually sort the spaces in the list. To do this, simply drag the space along the list to where it will be most convenient.
Also in the browser, it became possible to quickly and easily copy links to the pages you are viewing to send or save to a document. If you open the context menu in a tab, tab group, selected tabs, or space, and then select “Copy Link” (or “Copy Links”), the entire list of links to these websites will be in the clipboard.
These are the main innovations of Vivaldi 6.1, but the full list of improvements, improvements and fixes takes several pages.
