Assistant “Gosuslug” Robot Max earned on smart devices and Yandex services with the voice assistant “Alice”, according to the official website of the Ministry of Digital Development. Max will tell you how to use the necessary service, send a link to the Public Services application or, if necessary, submit an application himself. With it, you can get, for example, an extract from maternity capital, an extract from a work book or a certificate of the amount of a pension. You can also ask Max about fines or ask how to get certain services. In the future, the number of services available in the voice assistant will expand, the ministry promises.
Robot Max from Gosuslug became friends with Alisa
You can ask Max a question on any device with Alice, as well as in Yandex Browser, Yandex Navigator or in the Yandex application. To connect it, you need to log in to the Gosuslug website or enter the Gosuslugi mobile application, and then write to Robot Max: “Alice” in the chat. Then you need to click “Link accounts”, and in the response message you will receive an access code. After that, you can ask “Alice” to launch “Public Services” or call the Max Robot and say the access code. The developers note that after 12 months, the accounts will need to be connected again, and if there are no requests to Alice for three months, the connection will turn off automatically.
