Samsung has finally unveiled its new flagship smartphones Galaxy S23. Almost everything about them was known in advance, so we can only sum up. 

Galaxy S23:

• screen – Dynamic AMOLED 2X with a diagonal of 6.1 inches with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and support for 120 Hz (range from 48 to 120 Hz);
• platform – Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy;
• Memory – 8 GB of RAM and 128 to 512 GB of flash memory;
• battery – 3900 mAh with 25-watt charging;
• Cameras – 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 10MP camera with 3x optical zoom and 12MP front camera;
• dimensions – 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6 mm with a weight of 168 g.      

Galaxy S23+:

• screen – Dynamic AMOLED 2X with a diagonal of 6.6 inches with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and support for 120 Hz (range from 48 to 120 Hz);
• platform – Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy;
• memory – 8 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of flash memory;
• battery – 4700 mAh with 45-watt charging;
• Cameras – 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 10MP camera with 3x optical zoom and 12MP front camera;
• dimensions – 157.8 x 76.2 x 7.6 mm with a weight of 196 g.

Galaxy S23 Ultra:

• screen – Dynamic AMOLED 2X with a diagonal of 6.8 inches with a resolution of 3088 x 1440 pixels and support for 120 Hz (range from 1 to 120 Hz);
• platform – Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy;
• memory – 8 or 12 GB of RAM and from 256 GB to 1 TB of flash memory;
• battery – 5000 mAh with 45-watt charging;
• cameras – 200 MP main camera, 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 10 MP camera with 3x optical zoom, 10 MP periscope camera with 10x optical zoom and 12-megapixel front camera;
• dimensions – 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9 mm with a weight of 234 g.

All new items are protected from water and dust (IP68), support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, received a new glass Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and run Android 13 with One UI 5.1 shell. Smartphones will be available in four colors: Phantom Black, Cream, Green and Lavender.  

In terms of pricing, the Galaxy S23 in the US starts at $800 before tax, the Galaxy S23+ starts at $1,050, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra starts at $1,200. In all cases, prices for the oldest modifications are not yet available. You can pre-order today, and the new items will be on sale on February 17.
