The long list of news coming next month on Netflix has enriched with the long-awaited anime Tekken: Bloodline, as revealed by the streaming giant both on its social channels and through the publication of a new trailer on the official Youtube page.

For those unfamiliar with the famous videogame franchise (does anyone really exist on the face of the Earth?), This series will be placed temporally during the events of the legendary Tekken 3, as the official synopsis that we will propose shortly suggests. The wait will not be very long, in fact, Tekken: Bloodline will be available on Netflix starting next August 18th .

Power is everything. From an early age, Jin Kazama learned family self-defense techniques from his mother. Nonetheless, he can’t do anything when a monstrous evil force destroys everything he loves, forever upsetting his life. Angry at himself for not being able to intervene, Jin vows for revenge and pursues absolute power to obtain it. The search for him pushes him towards the most important battle in the world: the King of Iron Fist Tournament.

Tekken 3 debuted in arcades in 1997 but most will remember it fondly in the Playstation version that arrived a year later and, in fact, was the only one in the series to enjoy a port on the first Sony console. The Playstation version of Tekken 3 sold over 6 million copies and was globally appreciated for its graphics and great playability. Those who have lived through those golden periods for the video game industry cannot but watch the trailer while waiting for the publication of the series on Netflix, so no more chatter and enjoy!
