An Indian insider, Sudhanshu Ambhore, posted a screenshot confirming this information and also announced that Oppo or Realme will release the first smartphone to be equipped with a camera with the main image sensor with a resolution of 192 megapixels.
The fact is that smartphones of both companies have the same user interface in the camera’s stock application. The screenshot confirms that the photo in this resolution has a size of about 36 MB, and the lens is characterized by an aperture of F / 1.7.
Sources again confirm that next month we will see the first smartphone that is equipped with a 192-megapixel camera, and they agree that it will not be equipped with a flagship single-chip system. The fact is that support for cameras with a resolution of 192 megapixels is provided even by inexpensive platforms, including Snapdragon 670, Snapdragon 675, Snapdragon 710 and Snapdragon 765 / 765G.
