In the center of the PCB, a giant GA100 processor with six HBM2E memory stacks is visible.
The source posted an image that allegedly captures the Nvidia Tesla A100 Ampere expansion card. The card is not equipped with a cooling system. Its addition remains to be addressed to workstation developers.
Nvidia Tesla A100 AmpereAt the centre of the circuit board is a giant GA100 processor with six HBM2E memory stacks. On the sides of it lined up in two rows are the components of the VRM power subsystem. At the bottom of the board, you can see the usual PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. At the top are NVLink connectors, and on the side are network ports with a high bandwidth (probably Mellanox InfiniBand 200 Gb / s).
