Charging percentage freezes
The Google Pixel 5 has another problem. Smartphone incorrectly displays the remaining charge
Some Pixel 5 users have reported an issue with the battery percentage indicator stuck on the Google Support Forums. The error does not manifest itself for all users, it occurs mainly during charging, when the percentage does not change for long periods of time.
As reported by 9to5Google, a software update is coming soon that will fix the bug. A representative of the Google service center said on the forum that the company is aware of this problem, in connection with which an update is currently being prepared.
Google also states that the battery charges and discharges as normal. The only problem is the correct display of the correct charge level.
In some cases, restarting the Pixel 5 and reconnecting it to the charger fixes the issue.
