It is labeled TU116-150
It looks like Nvidia has released another variant of the GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6 card. As you know, the first was a version of the GeForce GTX 1650 on a TU117 GPU with GDDR5 memory. This model was later upgraded to the Super variant on the TU116 GPU with a large number of cores. A little later, Nvidia released an updated 1650 model with GDDR6 memory. It uses the same TU117-300 GPU as the original model, but different memory. A little later, NVIDIA released a version of this video card based on the TU106-125 for the Chinese market. This card had similar characteristics, but higher power consumption (90 watts verses 75 watts).
The image of the new version of the GPU GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6 appeared
The source announced a new version of the GTX 1650 GDDR6 with a TU116-150 GPU. This is a stripped-down GPU that was originally used for the GTX 1660 series and later the GTX 1650 Super. The postfix “-150” means that the GPU has much fewer cores than the full one. More precisely, they are not 1280, but 896. The base frequency is 1410 MHz, the increased frequency is 1590 MHz. GDDR6 memory operates at 12 Gbps per 128-bit bus. The amount of memory is 4 GB. The TDP value is still unknown.
