Many PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro owners complain about the noisy operation of the console when playing The Last of Us Part II, God of War, and other demanding projects. In especially annoying cases, comparisons with the sound of an air conditioner or an airplane taking off are even used. However, judging by the first reviews, some attention was paid to the problem of noise when creating the PlayStation 5.

“I was shocked at how quiet the fan was,” reads the Dengeki Online article. – Probably, many people will be interested. The console was so quiet! ”  4gamer also noted that although the system feels warm, it is barely audible. Another Japanese site, AV Watch, confirmed the same. It should be noted that only Astro’s Playroom and Godfall were presented to the editions for testing, so it is not known how the console behaves in heavier games.

Interestingly, always in the Japanese versions of PlayStation consoles, the confirm and cancel buttons were reversed: that is, X – cancel, O – confirm. But, as the Japanese said, in the PlayStation 5, the meaning of the buttons became like in the West: X – confirmation, O – cancel.

Sony Interactive Entertainment will release PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition in Russia on November 19 this year. They will cost customers 46,999 rubles and 37,999 rubles, respectively.
