The PlayStation 5 released the action-adventure game Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which some consider the platform’s main exclusive this year, as well as a contender for the title of game of the year, regardless of platform and genre.
According to Metacritic, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 already has 130 reviews published, and the average score is 91 out of 100 possible. The most interesting thing is that users can now also publish their reviews, which confirms that the reviews are not paid: after the publication of almost 3,000 user ratings, the average score for the game among users is 89 out of 100.

The story sees Peter Parker and Miles Morales return in “an exciting new adventure in the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise for the PS5 console,” Sony says. The sequel takes place nine months after the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Peter and Miles will have to undergo a new test after the appearance of a mysterious symbiote.
Peter begins to change, gaining symbiote powers, and Miles, Mary Jane, Harry, and the rest of the group of friends must help Peter, “while facing looming threats from new villains such as Kraven, Lizard, Sandman, and Venom.”
