The account goes already on tens cases. For someone, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D “bricked” already on the first day after installation, for someone the processor worked for a month. Nobody talks about overclocking, which means that the processor dies on its own. There is no dependence on motherboards either: Ryzen 9 7950X3D dies equally successfully in Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte motherboards. In addition to these cases in the US, there is one case of death of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D in Russia – Viktor aka VIK-off spoke about it on his YouTube channel.
Most users of the deceased Ryzen 9 7950X3D naturally plan to replace the processor under warranty, but in Russia this can be at least problematic.
