This is a very powerful processor.
As expected, the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7995WX processor will get an incredible 96 cores, just like its sister Epyc Genoa flagships. Moreover, apparently, the CPU will also boast an incredible frequency for such characteristics.
Geekbench has confirmed the number of flagship cores in the new Threadripper processor line. The software also reveals the frequency: up to 5.14 GHz! The specifications will probably say 5.1 or 5.2 GHz.

For comparison: the 96-core Epyc 9654 operates at frequencies of 2.4-3.55 GHz and is characterized by a TDP of 360 watts.
In the Threadripper Pro 7995WX benchmark, it scored 2,095 points in single-threaded mode and 81,408 points in multi-threaded mode. As previously reported, the Threadripper 7000 line will feature both Pro workstation models and conditional consumer HEDTs, and it’s unclear if the latter will include a 96-core model or if it will exist only as a Pro model.
