Tower cooler Thermalright Frost Commander 140 is equipped with two fans
Thermalright expands its range of universal processor coolers: the next novelty is the Frost Commander 140 tower-type model.
The design includes a two-piece radiator through which five heat pipes with a diameter of 8 mm pass. At the base is a nickel-plated copper pressure plate.
The cooler includes TL-C12 Pro G and TL-D14X fans with a 120 and 140 mm diameter, respectively. The first one rotates at a speed of up to 1850 rpm, forming an airflow with a volume of up to 139 cubic meters per hour. The maximum noise level is 29.6 dBA. The static pressure reaches a 2.1 mm water column.
The larger fan rotates at up to 1800 rpm. Simultaneously, an airflow with a volume of up to 162 cubic meters per hour is created with a noise level of no more than 30.2 dBA—static pressure – 2.25 mm H2O.
The cooler can be used with AMD Socket AM4 processors and Intel LGA 115x / 1200/2011/2066 chips. The solution’s overall dimensions are 140 × 121 × 160 mm, and the weight is approximately 1 kg.
Nothing has been reported about when and at what price the Frost Commander 140 model will go on sale.
