Video: the difference between the graphics modes and comparison with the PS4 version in the new videos of the remaster of Marvel’s Spider-Man
Western gaming portals and journalists in droves began to publish gameplay videos showing the re-release of the superhero action game Marvel’s Spider-Man from Insomniac Games.
For example, The Verge Senior Editor Tom Warren posted a 17-minute video of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered that showed the difference between the graphics modes.
Recall, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered allows you to play in quality mode (full 4K, 30 fps, ray tracing) and performance (reduced resolution, 60 fps, no ray tracing).
In addition, IGN compared the PS4 Pro and PS5 versions of Marvel’s Spider-Man in a quality mode in one of its new videos. The latter, among other things, also involves redesigned lighting.
Insomniac Games is particularly proud of the mentioned change: according to the studio’s director of public relations James Stevenson, especially for the remaster, the team “re-lit the whole game”.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered is part of the complete edition of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PlayStation 5. You cannot purchase separately or receive a remaster for owning the original game.
As it turned out the other day, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered will still receive support for transferring saves from PS4. That way, you won’t have to start over when upgrading to a next-gen console.
