The company announced that all three Wi-Fi 6-enabled router models will receive an update that adds support for Mesh technology. At the moment, the Redmi AX5 router has already begun to receive a firmware update.

With support for Mesh technology, several routers can operate on a hybrid network that spans the entire home. At the same time, it is possible to configure automatic synchronization, and a new router can be added in almost a few seconds without the need to reconfigure the network.

As for prices, Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600 can be bought in China for about 86 dollars. The recently released Mi Router AX1800 costs around $ 46. At the same time, Redmi AX5 can be purchased for only 32 dollars.
