Xiaomi has begun distributing the long-awaited update to the MIUI 11 branded shell based on the Android 10 operating system for users of global versions of Redmi Note 7.
Xiaomi has released long-awaited Android 10 for international Redmi Note 7
The Redmi Note 7 smartphone debuted in 2019 with MIUI 11 based on Android 9 Pie. The Redmi Note 7 series has become extremely successful. Back in August 2019, the manufacturer announced that Redmi Note 7 sales exceeded 20 million. Needless to say, Android 10 users expected with great enthusiasm and impatience.
Previously, Redmi Note 7 received Android 10 in India and China. Now the turn of the global model has come. At the moment, firmware 11.0.1.0 QFGMIXM has Beta Stable status. Accordingly, it is distributed “over the air” among randomly selected users. This is done to make sure everything is in order before finally assigning the firmware the status of “stable” and widespread distribution.
In addition to Android 10, the update also brings the July Android security update.
At the moment, Redmi Note 7 is offered in the Russian official Xiaomi online store at a price of 140 dollars.
