Test results for the Threadripper Pro 7985WX processor have appeared on the Internet. Let us remember that the CPU has the same number of cores, so the increase is due solely to architectural changes and increased frequency. Compared to the Threadripper Pro 3995WX, the new product is 64% faster with the same number of cores.
In single-threaded mode, the increase is approximately the same, but this is not so important.
