Dying Light 2 development is “progressing smoothly”, but Techland is not ready to name a release date yet
The latest news about Dying Light 2 came back this spring when techland anonymous developers talked about chaotic production and overtime. At the same time, the studio released a statement that the creation of the game is progressing according to the company’s internal schedule. A similar message was published by the Polish collective and now in response to a question from one of the fans. According to Techland, development is going smoothly, but the authors are not going to reveal the release date yet.
A Twitter user under the pseudonym nullclash456 wrote under one of the posts from the official Dying Light account: “Any news on Dying Light 2? I just need a few details. Not about the release date, but about how development is progressing. I hope everything is going well and there is a chance to get the project this year. Obviously, this will not happen with a high degree of probability, but it would be pretty cool. ” In response to the publication of nullclash456, the creators wrote: “We can’t say anything about the date, but we can confirm that the development is progressing smoothly. ” And in another post, Techland told how her upcoming game is getting better every day.
Dying Light 2 is set to arrive on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and next-gen consoles.
