Facebook will have new tools for working with the audience – paid mailings and analytics of user reactions
The social network Facebook will have new tools aimed at content creators. They are designed to simplify the work of authors and open up new monetization opportunities. Writes about this The Wall Street Journal.
With the help of new features, authors will develop their sites and form a distribution of emails. The latter will be offered by subscription for a fee. All other tools will be available for free. Also, authors will be able to track the response of readers to the content. How exactly the last option will be implemented is not specified.
Apparently, the social network systematically developed new tools for authors. In February, Campbell Brown, vice president of the company, said the platform is committed to more support for journalists, experts, and other content creators.
Facebook is not the first social platform to announce the introduction of new tools for working with audiences. Earlier, Twitter announced its intention to add paid subscriptions to the platform to receive additional content.
