Google brings a new user interface to the web versions of Google Drive, Documents, Sheets, Presentations and Forms: the renewed aesthetic aspect comes several months after the changes for the Android variants and includes an improved file sharing experience.
These changes will make it easier to share files only with specific people without expanding access beyond what is necessary.

In short, here are all the new features introduced.
- New dialogue: an optimized design will allow you to carry out certain tasks with greater security and simplicity, such as sharing a file, changing permissions and viewing users with access to files. The redesign of the user interface also separates sharing with people or groups from that dedicated to connections
- “Copy link” quick button: a new button will allow you to get a link without changing the permissions
View current access easily: the new interface shows users with access to files more clearly
All the changes announced will involve both the G Suite users, both those holding a personal Google Account. The distribution is already underway and will be completed in the coming days.
