PowerColor is preparing to release a non-reference version of the Radeon RX 6900 XT in the Red Devil Limited Edition. The release of the regular version of Red Devil is also expected, the main difference of which will be a different design of the packaging and equipment. VideoCardz has acquired images of the Limited Edition.

Earlier, in the same Red Devil version, PowerColor introduced the Radeon RX 6800 XT model. In addition to a massive cooling system with three fans, the novelty is equipped with an interesting backlighting system that simulates the flow of hot lava due to special inserts in the back, as well as slots in the casing of the cooling system.

This is not visible in the images, but the source indicates that the Radeon RX 6900 XT Red Devil graphics accelerator can get three 8-pin connectors for additional power. For comparison, the  Radeon RX 6800 XT Red Devil is equipped with only two of these connectors.

The technical characteristics of the video card are still unknown, but the images show that in a PC case it will occupy at least 3 expansion slots. In addition, we can note the presence of a dual system BIOS with quiet and productive modes of operation.

PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Red Devil cards are expected to go on sale next week. However, so far there is no certainty about this since it is not known how things are with the ban on the release of non-reference versions of the Radeon flagship.
