Despite the fact that video cards have been actively falling in price for about a year, some models have succeeded much less than others in this process. In particular, the GeForce RTX 3070 in Europe has dropped below the recommended price just now. 

The card can now be purchased for 450 euros against the recommended price of 500 euros. Yes, it took two and a half years for the adapter to drop 10% below the recommended price.
