MSI Unveils EK Liquid Cooled MPG Z590 Carbon EK X Board
EK and MSI have announced the MPG Z590 Carbon EK X motherboard for high-performance gaming computers, available for pre-order on February 22nd.
The board is made on the Intel Z590 chipset. Intel Core processors of the tenth and eleventh generations in the LGA 1200 version are allowed. Four slots are available for DDR4 RAM modules.
The key feature of the novelty is the water block of the liquid cooling system. It removes heat from the CPU and power subsystem. The scope of delivery includes the EK Leak Tester module to detect possible leaks. It features D-RGB multicolor backlighting that can be synchronized with other components using MSI Mystic Light technology.
The motherboard has PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, two M.2 slots for solid-state drives, a 2.5G LAN controller with a bandwidth of up to 2.5 Gbps, a Wi-Fi 6E AX210 wireless adapter, and Audio Boost 5 in 7.1 formats…
Among other things, it is worth highlighting support for the USB 3.2 Gen 2 × 2 interfaces with data transfer rates up to 20 Gb / s. The board has received a carbon fiber finish.
The MPG Z590 Carbon EK X will be available for an estimated price of $ 500.
