MSI unveils Optix MAG270VC2 27-inch curved monitor with 165Hz and Full HD resolution

MSI is addressing gamers with another novelty – the Optix MAG270VC2 monitor, made on the basis of a concave VA matrix with a diagonal of 27 inches and a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD format).

The device implements a number of technologies designed to improve the quality of the gaming process. So, the Adaptive-Sync system is responsible for the smoothness of the gameplay, and the Night Vision function helps to improve the visibility of dark scenes. Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light technologies reduce eye strain during extended battles.

The monitor has a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a response time of 1 ms. Claimed 95.66 percent coverage in DCI-P3 color space and 122.18 percent coverage in sRGB color space.

The panel has a 1800R curvature radius, horizontal and vertical viewing angles up to 178 degrees. The brightness was 250 cd / m 2 , the contrast – 3000: 1 dynamic contrast – 100 000 000: 1.

The novelty has DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0, and HDMI 1.4 interfaces. The stand allows you to change the height of the display in relation to the surface of the table, adjust the angles of its tilt and rotation. In addition, it is necessary to highlight the frameless design on three sides.
