Fatshark announced Warhammer 40,000: Darktide earlier this year during the Xbox Games Showcase, and today the studio showed the first footage of the game at The Game Awards 2020.

We are talking about a cooperative shooter, where players have access to characters of four classes, and all have unique abilities, attacks, and the ability to use special weapons. In this game, battles are fought not only at a distance, but also in close combat using knives, chainsaws, and other formidable weapons.
According to the plot, the main characters are convicted criminals who have become agents who help the Inquisition to destroy the supporters of the heretical cult called Admonition.
A heretical cult known as Admonition seeks to seize control of the planet Atom Prime and destroy its inhabitants. You and your allies in the Inquisition must root out the enemy before the city gives way to Chaos.
