PowerColor unveils austere Radeon RX 6800 Fighter with no RGB lighting

PowerColor has expanded its product range with the new Radeon RX 6800 Fighter (AXRX 6800 16GBD6-3DH / OC) graphics accelerator. The novelty is distinguished by a strict design and the absence of RGB backlighting.

Despite its simple appearance, the novelty is ready to offer a massive and efficient cooling system, which includes two massive aluminum radiators, six copper heat pipes, and three 90mm fans with Mute Fan technology – they do not rotate in the absence of a load.

An additional feature of the PowerColor  Radeon RX 6800 Fighter is the dual BIOS system.

For the latter, the manufacturer has provided a separate button on the video outputs panel, which allows you to switch between quiet and productive modes of operation. The graphics accelerator is equipped with three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors and one HDMI 2.1.

The Radeon RX 6800 Fighter is based on GPU Navi 21 XL with 3840 stream processors. The video card chip received a slight factory overclocking – the manufacturer claims for it the frequency of operation in Boost mode at 2155 MHz.

The card also features 16GB of GDDR6 video memory and 128MB of fast Infinity Cache, increasing the bandwidth of the main memory stack.

The dimensions of the PowerColor Radeon RX 6800 Fighter are 300 × 120 × 50 mm. In a PC case, the novelty will occupy two expansion slots. For the additional power supply, the video card is equipped with two 8-pin connectors. The manufacturer recommends using a 650 W power supply for the new product.
