Rollable smartphone LG Rollable will receive Snapdragon 888 chip and will cost more than $ 2300
In the first half of 2021, as we reported earlier, LG is announcing a unique Rollable smartphone with a rolling display. Now Internet sources have revealed the technical characteristics of the device.
Previously it was said that when folded, the size of the LG Rollable display will be 6.8 inches diagonally, and when unfolded it will be 7.4 inches. In addition, it was argued that the basis of the novelty will be one of the Qualcomm processors.
Now it became known that the smartphone will be able to function in three main modes. When folded, the screen resolution will be 2428 × 1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20: 9. By pulling the display slightly out of the case, the owners will be able to activate the video mode with a resolution of 2428 × 1366 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16: 9. Finally, when fully unfolded, the resolution will be 2428 × 1600 pixels at a 3: 2 aspect ratio.
In addition, it became known that the flagship Snapdragon 888 processor will be the basis, which contains one Cortex-X1 core, three Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores, as well as the Adreno 660 graphics accelerator and Snapdragon X60 5G modem. The amount of RAM will allegedly be up to 16 GB. The battery capacity is called – 4200 mAh.
According to the updated data, the presentation of LG Rollable will take place in March. The price will be an impressive $ 2360.
