Samsung again gave hope to users of the Galaxy S9 for a big update

In an interview with a Galaxy S9 + user, a Samsung Indian representative said that there is still a chance of getting One UI 2.1 for the Galaxy S9 series. However, he was unable to confirm the exact timing of a possible release.

The situation with the release of the One UI 2.1 update for the Galaxy S9 is very confusing. Information goes online contradictory. According to some reports, Samsung has no plans for the release of One UI 2.1 for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note9. However, there are opposing messages, backed up by various kinds of “evidence” and hints of representatives.

Another indirect evidence in favor of the possibility of releasing One UI 2.1 is the recent release of the shell for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Despite the fact that this model is completely new, it uses the same single-chip system as in the flagships of 2018.

The One UI 2.1 shell adds features that debuted with the flagship Galaxy S20 series smartphones – new AR emoji, quick file sharing Quick share, Music Share, “professional” video mode, and support for shooting front-facing video with 4K resolution at 60 fps with and much more.
