Earlier on the web, a screenshot appeared that was allegedly taken on the website of the famous online store Amazon. The screenshot claimed that the Sony PlayStation 5 console will go on sale on November 20 at a price of 400 euros in a version without an optical drive and 560 dollars with one.

This runs counter to previous rumors about a possible price of 600-700 euros, but fans should not rejoice, as the story with the fake screenshot of Amazon cleared up. The picture was created by Play Experience magazine as a practical joke; moreover, Ben Geskin received confirmation from his Amazon channels that this was a fake. So the price and release date of the PlayStation 5 is still unknown.
