Video: Secrets and Plots in Truth Quest Debut Trailer for Shark Action RPG Maneater

As promised, we didn’t have to wait long: the publisher and developer Tripwire Interactive presented Truth Quest on their website – the first story addition to their shark action RPG Maneater.

Truth Quest’s plot revolves around an investigation by journalist Trip Westhaven, played by Special Agent Archer and Rick and Morty star Chris Parnell.

The expansion will offer two episodes, an additional region, an increase in the shark’s maximum level and size, another slot for the organ, new living creatures, types of opponents, and tasks (for example, racing against time).

According to Maneater Creative Lead Sean McBride, the team is hard at work on Truth Quest and is happy to share the expansion’s first details finally.

“We’re dedicated to giving players more of what they loved about the original Maneater, with the ability to get bigger, explore a whole new region off the coast of Port Clovis, and develop further means of destruction,” McBride said.

Truth Quest is expected to be released this summer on PC (Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S for $ 15. There is no information about a possible release of the add-on on Nintendo Switch, where Maneater will appear on May 25.
