Xiaomi will release the smartphone Mi 11X on the Snapdragon 888 platform

The Chinese company Xiaomi has unveiled a teaser image indicating the imminent announcement of a powerful smartphone Mi 11X: the device, made on the Qualcomm platform, will debut next week – April 23.

It is reported that the device will be based on the Redmi K40 model, announced in February this year. In this case, the electronic “filling” will change.

So, instead of the Snapdragon 870 chip, the flagship Snapdragon 888 processor will be used. This product combines eight computing cores (one powerful Cortex-X1 core with a frequency of up to 2.84 GHz, three productive Cortex-A78 cores, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores), graphics Adreno 660 accelerator, and Snapdragon X60 5G modem.

It is said to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The equipment will allegedly include a 20-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor.

A rechargeable battery will provide power with a capacity of 4520 mAh. The smartphone will ship with the Android 11 operating system complemented by the MIUI 12 proprietary user interface.
