According to the manufacturer, the QuietComfort headphones should compete with such market titans as Apple AirPods Pro and Sony 1000XM3. The earbuds are housed in a compact, lightweight design and boast 11-level active noise canceling that generates the opposite of ambient noise in less than a millisecond. In addition, the new ear cushions provide a better fit to the walls of the ear canal, resulting in superior noise isolation. According to the manufacturer, the device will be able to completely drown out the sound of a coffee grinder or roaring engine. When it comes to sound quality, Bose claims that QuietComfort reproduces music as naturally as possible, without boosting any frequencies, and boasts no “white noise” at all.

Bose says its flagship wireless headphones will be able to provide six hours of continuous music playback and using the charging case will help extend that time by another 12 hours. The device will be available in black and silver and white.

As for the Bose Sport Earbuds, the company says the device was designed from scratch and is not the result of further tweaks to SoundSport Free, which had connectivity and audio sync issues. The new headphones will be available in black, white, and blue and will not receive active noise canceling like the older model. They are designed to fit snugly into your ears, even during intense training. The Sport Earbuds has a battery life of five hours. The charging case extends this time by another 10 hours.
