Harry Potter Next Generation. Hogwarts Legacy Coming To PlayStation 5 And Other Platforms
The first trailer for Hogwarts Legacy has also been released, showcasing next-gen graphics, different locations, enemies, battles, and more.
For the first time, it became known about the game back in 2018, but only in 2021 fans of the universe will be able to go to virtual Hogwarts and become a wizard or witch. The project is described as an open-world RPG and promises to include locations familiar and new to the franchise.
The storyline is set in the 1800s, making it a prequel to the adventures of Harry Potter. Developers from the studio Avalanche Software, which is owned by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, this is how the game is described:
Your character is a student holding the key to an ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart. You were belatedly accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and soon discover that you are no ordinary student: you have an unusual ability to perceive and master ancient magic. Only you can decide whether you will defend this secret for the good of everyone, or succumb to the temptation of more sinister magic.
Hogwarts Legacy will be released on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The release is scheduled for next year.
New parts of the God of War and Final Fantasy XVI were also revealed yesterday, and it was announced that some former PlayStation 5 exclusives will also be released on PlayStation 4.
