MSI to Showcase Latest Gaming Monitors, Including Portable Model at CES 2021
MSI announced that several of the company’s newest monitors, which will soon debut in the commercial market, have received the CES 2021 Innovation Awards. These are, in particular, the Optix MPG321QRF and Optix MPG341QR panels, as well as the Optix MAG163 portable model.
The Optix MPG321QRF 32-inch monitor has a WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. This gaming-grade device has a number of smart features. For example, the Adaptive Brightness 2.0 system automatically optimizes the brightness, and the Night Vision AI technology helps to improve the visibility of dark scenes, gaining an edge over competitors. AI Crosshair mode brings crosshair to the game.
The 34-inch Optix MPG341QR is also WQHD compliant. The panel has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. Adaptive Brightness 2.0 and Night Vision are provided.
As for the portable monitor Optix MAG163, it boasts an ultra-thin design: the thickness is only 5 mm. The Rapid IPS matrix with a diagonal of 15.6 inches and a resolution of Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels) is used. Support for touch controls is mentioned.
