MSI’s updated Summit notebooks primarily attract attention with a discreet yet attractive design that will appeal to a wide range of users. The devices are in keeping with the spirit of the times. These are powerful, full-featured models, enclosed in fragile and light cases, allowing users always to have the tool at hand for professional tasks.

The series includes two new devices. These are the 13 “Summit E13 Flip Evo and the 16” Summit E16 Flip. MSI notes that the devices are designed according to the Golden Ratio concept. Among the features that increase the comfort of using laptops, it is worth noting screens with an aspect ratio of 16:10. Such displays allow you to increase the working space by 10 percent without increasing the matrix’s diagonal. By the way, both notebook models are the ability to open the top cover 360 degrees, which allows them to be used in tablet mode.

Summit Series 2-in-1 devices’ metal cases, despite their thinness and elegance, are characterized by increased strength, and screen hinges are designed for many years of active use.

The new Summit devices stand out not only for their beautiful cases but also for their high performance through the Intel Evo platform. The Summit E13 Flip Evo is powered by an 11th Gen Core i7 chip, which delivers a 150% performance boost over its predecessor. Integrated Intel Iris X e Graphics4.5x faster than the UHD Graphics used in previous-generation laptops. According to MSI, the Summit E13 Flip Evo outperforms most 2-in-1 notebooks in its segment by about 10%. Both the E13 and E16 are available with NVIDIA discrete graphics cards to expand the range of applications. For cooling all this filling, the Dynamic Cooler Boost system is used, which stands out for its shallow noise level. It does not exceed 35 dB at full processor load.

As the video calling function has become one of the key functions for consumer electronics in the coronavirus pandemic era, MSI has paid special attention to it. The new notebooks feature effective noise cancellation and noise reduction in the video signal, especially noticeable in low light conditions.

In addition to laptops, MSI also introduced accessories to enhance workflow efficiency. This is a USB-C Docking Station Gen 2, which adds the ability to output video to three external 4K displays at once, and the MSI Pen stylus, which recognizes 4096 pressure levels. All presented devices should be on sale shortly.
