Five powerful new devices will be showcased at Galaxy Unpacked this summer,” Moon wrote.

He also hinted that we are talking about gadgets that can be carried in your pocket, ears, and on your wrist. Probably, we are talking about new smartphones, headphones, and smartwatches, or a fitness tracker. Considering the earlier information, we can conclude that we are expecting the announcement of a new series of smartphones Galaxy Note 20, foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 5G, wireless headphones Galaxy Buds Live, as well as a new smartwatch Galaxy Watch 3.

In the second part of his post, Moon talked about the three priority areas that Samsung Mobile is currently focusing on. The first has to do with meaningful innovation. According to the head of the mobile division, the company has been very active in research and development of new technologies over the past six months. Moon added that further work in this direction will lead to even more significant innovative solutions.

“We will make mobile technology more personal, smarter, more useful and secure,” said Moon, hinting at new smartphones with folding displays, as well as devices supporting new fifth-generation wireless networks.

Secondly, the company will continue to develop cooperation with third-party companies. In particular, Moon mentioned the collaboration between Samsung and Microsoft, adding that both companies have prepared even more interesting joint proposals. As a reminder, Microsoft previously made it easier to transfer files between Windows 10 computers and Samsung Galaxy devices, and also offered a Microsoft 365 subscription for Galaxy S20 series buyers.

“Our partnership will continue to expand through the Xbox gaming agreement,” explained the head of Samsung’s mobile business.

He also added that his unit will become more flexible.

“The pandemic has become a real challenge for us. It required us not only to quickly adapt to changing working conditions and support our communities, partners, and employees but also obliged us to lay a new foundation for future projects, ”concluded Moon.
