As you know, MSI immediately introduced 12 motherboards based on Intel 400 series chipsets. Models MEG Z490 Godlike and MEG Z490 Ace led the line, being addressed to the most demanding enthusiasts. The MPG Z490 Gaming Carbon WiFi, MPG Z490 Gaming Edge WiFi, MPG Z490M Gaming Edge WiFi, and MPG Z490 Gaming Plus are mid-range. MAG Z490 Tomahawk, MAG B460 Tomahawk, MAG B460 Mortar, and MAG B460 Bazooka are addressed to budget-conscious buyers building a gaming PC. A description of the last three on the manufacturer’s website is not yet available, and the drafters of the press release limited themselves to mentioning the Duet Rail power system, built according to a 14-phase scheme. The MAG Z490 Tomahawk has the same power subsystem.
